I've been burned by vague bids before. How do you put a job in writing?
You get a written scope and estimate before work starts. It lists what's being built and what's included, so you and our team work from the same page.
Our remodel has plumbing, electrical and drywall. Will I be chasing three different companies?
Those trades are handled as part of our construction and remodeling projects. You deal with one company and one point of contact.
Ben-Rick builds both houses and commercial spaces? That sounds like a lot for one company.
The trades are the same in both. Framing, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock and finishes go into a kitchen remodel and a retail build-out alike, and the process stays the same too.
Who'll be walking my site and writing up the scope?
Our team walks the site with you, measures and looks at what's there, then writes the scope. You can ask questions right on the spot.
I'm curious how a job wraps up. Is there a final check before you leave?
Yes. Projects end with a final walkthrough with you. We go through the finished work together and talk about anything you notice.
My insurance company's involved. Has your team worked alongside adjusters?
Insurance property loss repairs are part of what we do for homes and businesses. We prepare itemized repair scopes and estimates and coordinate with your adjuster through the rebuild.
