Electrical questions
Our kitchen never has enough outlets. Can a remodel fix that?
Yes. During a kitchen remodel we plan outlets around your counters, island and appliances. The wiring goes in before the walls close, then devices are installed at finish.
I think our old panel can't handle a new addition. Is panel work part of what you do?
Panel work is handled as part of our construction and remodeling projects. We look at your existing panel during the site walk. If it needs an upgrade, that goes into the written scope.
We want recessed lights and dimmers in the living room. Is that just an electrical job?
It's usually part of a room remodel. Lighting means cutting into ceilings, then patching and finishing the drywall afterward. We handle the whole thing so you get one finished room.
I'm just looking for someone to swap a light fixture. Would you take that on?
Our electrical work is done as part of construction and remodeling projects starting around $5,000. A single fixture swap is a better fit for an electrician. If you're planning a bigger project, we'd be happy to talk.
Our office build-out needs power at every workstation. Can you plan that layout?
We plan electrical rough-in around your furniture and equipment layout as part of the tenant improvement. Metal stud walls and floor locations get coordinated with the wiring. Finish devices go in at the end.
We're building a custom home and I'm overwhelmed by all the electrical choices. Where do we start?
Start with how you live in each room. We'll walk through outlets, lighting and switches with you before rough-in. Changing a plan on paper is far easier than moving wires later.
Our restaurant equipment has specific power needs. Will your electrical match the specs?
Electrical for build-outs follows your plans and the equipment specs. Send us the equipment list early. We plan the rough-in around it so everything lands where it should.
Some wiring got damaged in a property loss. Can the electrical repair go on the insurance scope?
It can. We prepare an itemized repair scope and estimate and coordinate with your adjuster. Then we rebuild, including the electrical, and finish with a walkthrough.
I'm finishing our garage into a room. Does it need new circuits?
Often it does, for outlets, lighting and heating or cooling. We look at your panel and the plan during the site walk. The electrical work is part of the conversion scope.
