Someone from the office gets in touch to talk through your project. If it's a fit, we set a time to walk the site together.

What should I have ready before we talk about my kitchen?

A rough idea of what you want changed, a few photos of the space and any plans or inspiration pictures. A ballpark budget helps too, and projects start around $5,000.

We're both at work during the day. When's the office actually open?

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. That leaves time to call before or after a regular workday.

I'd like to email my project details. Where do I send them?

Send them to [email protected]. Photos, plans and a short description of the job all help.

Is the free estimate really free, or is there a catch?

The estimate is free. We talk through your project, walk the site, and then give you a written scope and estimate before any work starts.

Do I need to be home for the site walk?

It helps a lot. You can show us what you want, point out problem spots and ask questions while we look at the space.

I've got an insurance claim open. Should I call before or after the adjuster comes?

Either works. Call (559) 257-2397 and tell us where the claim stands. We prepare an itemized repair scope and coordinate with your adjuster from there.

My project's a little under $5,000. Is it still worth reaching out?

Projects generally start around $5,000. If yours is close, send a short description and we'll let you know if it fits.

Who's gonna show up for the site walk?

Someone from the Ben-Rick team comes out, looks at the space with you and takes the notes that become your written scope.
