Service area questions
I'm in Madera Ranchos, pretty far from town. Will you still come out for a site walk?
Yes. Madera Ranchos is part of our Madera County service area, along with Bonadelle Ranchos, Rolling Hills, Madera Acres and Parksdale. Give us a call to set up a time to walk the property.
Our place is in Old Fig Garden. Who handles permits for our project, the city or the county?
Old Fig Garden is unincorporated, so projects there go through Fresno County. Whether your project may need a permit is something we talk about during the scope.
We live inside Clovis city limits. Is permitting for our house any different from Fresno?
Each incorporated city has its own building department. A Clovis project goes to the City of Clovis, and a Fresno project goes to the City of Fresno. We cover what your project may need during the site walk.
My family's out near Biola on farm property. Do you work on rural lots like that?
Yes. Rural and farm-country properties across Fresno County are part of our area, including Biola, Easton, Kerman and Friant. Longer drives and utility runs get planned into the scope.
Is Millerton too far up in the foothills for your crew?
The Millerton Lake area is on our list. Foothill jobs take some extra planning for deliveries and access, and we look at that during the site walk.
I'm in Sanger. Is the drive gonna change how my estimate works?
Sanger is inside our Fresno County service area. Your written estimate covers the full scope of the project, and we go over it with you before any work starts.
We're on the Madera side of the river. Is the whole county covered or only the City of Madera?
The whole county. Along with the City of Madera, we work in unincorporated communities like Madera Acres, Parksdale and Rolling Hills, which are permitted through Madera County.
Our business is in Fowler, down the 99. Can you take on our commercial job outside Fresno?
Yes. Commercial tenant improvements, new construction and property loss repairs are available across Fresno County and Madera County, including Fowler, Kerman, Sanger and Madera.
How soon can someone come look at my house in Tarpey Village?
Call the office at (559) 257-2397, Monday through Friday, and we'll set a time that works for you. Tarpey Village sits between Fresno and Clovis, so it's an easy stop for us.
Sunnyside's where I live, and my house is getting older. Is that area on your map?
Yes. Sunnyside, on the southeast side of Fresno, is part of our Fresno County coverage. Kitchen, bath and whole-house updates on established homes there are a good fit.
