Start by calling us and your insurance company. We walk the damage with you, prepare an itemized repair scope and estimate, and coordinate with your adjuster. Then we rebuild and finish with a walkthrough.
I'm dealing with the adjuster for the first time and I'm lost. Can you help with that part?
Yes. We coordinate with the adjuster on the repair scope and estimate. You stay informed, and we handle the construction side of the conversation.
Our repair touches framing, drywall, plumbing and flooring. Do I need four contractors?
No. We handle repairs that cross several trades as one project. You have one point of contact from the first walk to the last walkthrough.
Our store got damaged and we need to reopen. Do you repair commercial buildings too?

Matching is a big part of repair work. We look at texture, trim, flooring and finishes and aim to blend new work with old. You check everything at the final walkthrough.
There's damage we didn't notice until the walls opened up. What happens now?
We document what we find and show you. If it's an insurance claim, we share it with your adjuster. Added work goes into the scope once it's approved.
My repair isn't insurance-related. Can I still hire you?
Absolutely. We handle all kinds of construction repairs for homes and businesses. Projects start around $5,000, and you get a written scope and estimate first.
We're a small office and can't shut down for long. Can repairs be planned around our hours?
We'll talk about your schedule when we walk the space. Some work can be phased so part of the office stays usable. The plan goes into the written scope.
Can I see what you're planning to fix before you start tearing things out?
Yes. You get a written scope and estimate before any work begins. It lists what we're repairing so you know what to expect.
I'm not sure if my damage is big enough to need a contractor. How do I tell?
