Demo & Cleanup questions
We're gutting our bathroom. Do you handle tearing it out, or do we need a separate demo crew?
Demo is handled as part of our remodeling projects. We tear out what's coming out and haul it away. Then the rebuild starts on a clean space.
I'm worried about dust going all over the house during the kitchen remodel. How do you contain it?
We set up the work area to keep dust from spreading to the rest of the house. Cleanup happens as the work goes, and again at the end. We'll talk through the setup before demo starts.
Our new lease space still has the old tenant's walls and counters. Can you clear it out for our build-out?
Yes. Interior demo is often the first step of a tenant improvement. We remove what your plans don't need, then start framing the new layout.
After a property loss, a lot of our materials are ruined. Who takes them out?
Removing damaged materials is part of our loss repair work. We document what comes out for the itemized scope and coordinate with your adjuster. Then the rebuild can begin.
Can I hire you just to demo a room and I'll finish it myself?
Our demo and cleanup is done as part of our construction and remodeling projects. If you're planning a full remodel, we can include it in the scope. Give us a call at (559) 257-2397 to talk it over.
We're still living in the house during the remodel. What does cleanup look like day to day?
We keep the work area picked up as we go. Walkways stay clear and debris gets hauled off. At the end, there's a final cleanup before the walkthrough.
I'm afraid demo will uncover problems we didn't expect. What happens then?
It happens sometimes, especially in older buildings. We'll show you what we found and explain your options. Nothing gets added to the scope until you approve it.
Our restaurant remodel needs the old kitchen fully removed. Does that include the plumbing and electrical?
Demo includes safely disconnecting and removing what's being replaced. New plumbing and electrical then get roughed in for your new layout. It all runs as one project.
How clean will the place be when you're finished?
Final cleanup is part of the job. We clear out debris, tools and leftover material. You walk into a space ready to use.
We want to keep our cabinets but tear out the countertops. Can demo be that selective?
Yes. Selective demo is common in remodels. We protect what's staying and remove only what the scope calls for.
