Hardware store sales floor
The owner of a small hardware store in Fowler wants to rework the sales floor. The aisles feel crowded, the checkout is hard to find, and the back room has no real office. We walk the store with the owner and sketch a new layout that opens up the front and moves checkout closer to the door. The written scope covers demo of old partitions, a new office in back, electrical and lighting, sheetrock, a rebuilt checkout counter and floor finishes. Fowler has its own city building department, and the project may need a permit from it. We phase the work so the store stays open.
