Physical therapy clinic in a shell
A physical therapist has leased a shell unit in Sanger and wants an open gym area for exercises, a few private treatment rooms and a front desk. We walk the unit with the owner and look at the slab, the ceiling and where plumbing stubs out for restrooms and a sink. The written scope covers metal stud framing for the treatment rooms, plumbing rough-in and finish, electrical for equipment and lighting, sheetrock and texture, doors and hardware, and floor finishes that hold up to exercise equipment. Sanger has its own city building department, and the project may need a permit from it. One contact keeps the owner updated.
